Who is Jasper?
Swiss and British national, Jasper graduated from Loughborough University with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sports Science and a Master's degree in Human Movement and Sports Sciences from the University of Lausanne. Jasper is a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer who speaks fluent English and French. Jasper has been running for 10 years and competes in road, track and trail races ranging from 1500m races up to 100 mile ultra marathons. His favourite distance is the marathon. He ran his personal best of 2:19:23 at the 2024 Valencia Marathon. Jasper is passionate about improving his own performances as well as helping others reach their running and fitness goals.

Lactate Threshold Test
Price: CHF 150.-
Lactate threshold is the intensity of exercise at which blood lactate accumulates in the bloodstream faster than it can be metabolised. A lactate Threshold test can help predict race performances and will accurately determine your training intensity zones.
